DualEntry describes itself as "the agentic AI ERP" and "the AI ERP to end month-end"1. In practice it is a broad finance suite, and one of the few AI-native products that also lists purchase-order and order management.

Best for: Finance teams in multi-entity groups that want an AI-first general ledger with consolidation and a short migration.

Not the right fit for: Companies whose main need is inventory, warehouses or production.

What DualEntry covers

Its module list runs from the general ledger, payables and receivables to revenue recognition, multi-entity consolidation, multi-book accounting, fixed assets, prepaid amortisation, subscription billing, treasury, planning and budgeting1. It claims more than 13,000 native integrations. Inventory management is not among the modules described.

The plans scale by entity: up to three on the base plan, up to 20 on Plus and unlimited on Ultra, which also adds advanced revenue recognition and SAML sign-in. Implementation is included in all plans, and there is no free trial2.

Migration

DualEntry advertises data ingested in 24 hours and a full go-live in four to six weeks, and quotes a customer that migrated from QuickBooks the next day1. The 24-hour and four-to-six-week figures describe different stages; buyers should ask which one applies to their scope.

Published evidence

  • Streamside Parks. DualEntry reports moving 36 instances and more than 50 entities into one ERP after a $97 million acquisition. Vendor-reported.1
  • Graphite. DualEntry reports the month-end close cut from 20 days to 1. Vendor-reported.1

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • A broad finance scope: GL, AP, AR, revenue recognition, fixed assets, multi-currency, multi-book and consolidation across up to unlimited entities on the top plan.
  • Implementation is included in every plan, and the company advertises data ingested in 24 hours and go-live in four to six weeks.
  • Publishes named customer results, including Streamside Parks consolidating 36 instances and 50-plus entities into one ERP.

Limits

  • Inventory management is not described on its pages, so stock-heavy businesses need another system.
  • Subscription prices are not published; plans are sold through a demo.
  • All results on its site are vendor-reported.

Choose another option if: You hold significant stock or run production. Doss, Business Central or NetSuite cover operations that DualEntry does not describe.

Pricing

Not published. Plan contents are public: up to 3 entities on the base plan, up to 20 on Plus, unlimited on Ultra.

Questions to ask DualEntry

  • Which of our entities, currencies and intercompany flows fit each plan?
  • What does "live in four to six weeks" include for a company with our history?
  • How do agents propose and post entries, and who approves them?
  • Which inventory or operations system do your customers with stock use alongside you?
