According to Futurum's analysis of the October 2025 announcements, NetSuite Next adds Ask Oracle, a natural-language assistant for querying and acting on NetSuite data; AI Canvas, a shared workspace that can trigger agentic workflows; agentic workflows that run autonomously or with a person in the loop for tasks such as reconciliations and vendor selection; and an AI Connector Service that links external AI models through the Model Context Protocol⁠3NetSuite accelerates AI adoption with SuiteWorld 2025 announcementsFuturum Group · 10 Oct 2025. The features were to reach North America within 12 months, some at launch and others later.

Strengths and limits
