Odoo sells its whole suite, including accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales, CRM and point of sale, for one per-user price⁠1PricingOdoo. It reports 28 million users⁠2Manufacturing (MRP) softwareOdoo.

Best for: Cost-conscious companies that want every ERP app (accounting, inventory, manufacturing, sales) at one published per-user price, with an on-premise option.

Not the right fit for: Companies that want AI agents doing operational work today with little configuration.

What Odoo covers

Both paid plans include every app. The Standard plan runs on Odoo Online only; the Custom plan adds multi-company use, the external API, Odoo Studio and "agentic AI", and can run on Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or on-premise⁠1PricingOdoo. Its manufacturing app covers bills of materials with by-products, finite-capacity scheduling on a Gantt chart, a master production schedule, PLM with version control, quality analysis, maintenance and a tablet shop-floor app⁠2Manufacturing (MRP) softwareOdoo.

AI scanning of vendor bills and expenses uses in-app purchase credits that are not included in the plans⁠1PricingOdoo.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

• Published prices: Standard from €19.90 and Custom from €35.90 per user a month billed yearly (first-year discount), as shown in euros on the day we checked.
• The Custom plan can be hosted on-premise, which gives a clear exit path.
• Manufacturing covers BOMs, finite-capacity scheduling, a master production schedule, PLM, quality and maintenance.

Limits

• AI features are listed on the Custom plan but not described in detail; AI scanning of bills uses separately purchased credits.
• Multi-company use requires the Custom plan.
• Custom development and Odoo.sh hosting are priced separately.

Choose another option if: You want AI agents running orders and purchasing out of the box, or an AI-first ledger.
